Transcripts
You may request transcripts by completing the online form or by sending a letter with the following information: your Thunderbird ID, social security number, date of birth, dates of attendance, signature and where you need the transcripts mailed.
Fees: $7.00 for each official transcript requested, payable by credit card or check. If you would like transcripts sent FedEx, DHL or UPS, send separate fax with name, credit card number, expiration date and signature to 602-439-5432.
Letters of Graduation
Letter of Graduation, which includes your dates of enrollment, graduation date and degree conferred are available at no charge.
