How does it work?

1. Visit www.thunderbird.edu/globalconnect.
2. Under Register, click the "Register and Post a Job" button.
3. Receive confirmation of your registration and job posting from our Employer Relations team.
4. Collect and review résumés of Thunderbird candidates.
5. Finalize your interview list and invite students to schedule an interview time, either on campus, via telephone or by videoconference.
